First Bowl Game Experience

I recently graduated from UW-Madison, and will always be a die-hard Badger fan. Since moving to Texas, I haven't been able to attend as many games. When the Badgers made it to the Rose Bowl, I convinced my dad that we had to go. Neither of us have ever been to a bowl game, and figured we couldn't pass up this opportunity. The Badgers played against TCU and the game was great. The stadium is absolutely beautiful, so historic, and the fans for both teams made the game even more exciting because they were all so passionate. I even had a chance to run into some friends from college who also made the trip to California, which made for a fun reunion. Badger fans really know how to travel! It almost felt like a home game. Despite a loss, I'm so glad I had a chance to see the stadium and attend a BCS football game. Definitely something I'll always remember.
