Touchdown Tech!
So it's gameday Saturday and the sun is beaming down on the Cotton Bowl and we walk in to see a sea of red and black Tech fans gearing up for the big game against Baylor.
The game is a stellar one and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. Being on the 4th row helped us to feel like we were right on the field with the players and coaches.
Baylor scores the first touchdown and the chest bumps of the teammates silenced the sea of red and black. The next possession, Tech takes it all the way to the end zone to tie the game 7-7! The crowd is on its' feet. The score goes back and forth with some great plays and some not-so-good plays, but Tech holds Baylor to win the game and the 2010 Shootout at the Bowl.
All in all, a great game was played by both teams, but Tech declawed the Bears to send them back to Waco wondering what went wrong.

Fun with lots of student SPIRIT!!
Date:September 17, 2012
We were near the Students and talk about SPIRIT, they had lots of it. This was an experience worth the time and drive from 6+ hours away. Texas Tech has such a clean well kept campus. Be sure to sit away from students though if you want to sit down an watch the game because they stand entire time.
