They take care of your mistake.
Date:September 12, 2011
I bought 2 tickets for the Saints (cheaper than on other websites) and had them delivered by FedEx, without the signature (because it's the cheaper way). So the tickets were left at my door but were stolen by someone and I was really f#%^# anoyed (a stronger word would be censured). I called TicketCity and they told me they would work at cancelling those tickets and resending me some new ones. 2 days later I received an email with the new tickets. The customer service was fast and efficient, at no extra cost. Next time, I will buy at TicketCity again and have them delivered FedEx with signature. They saved my day!

Awesome!!

We are 30 minutes from New Orleans and usually buy our tickets from local season ticket holders. I am THE MOST skeptical person when it comes to buying things online. I was so nervous that I chose to call the customer service line instead of completing the order online. To my surprise the CS rep was VERY nice and SO helpful. After the order was placed he made me feel so at ease about my purchase. The best part of all is the expedited shipping was FREE and I recieved my tickets in 3 days!!!!!!! I have my CS rep's direct line and my husband and I WILL purchase any future tickets from Ticket City! If your anything like me I hope this comment puts you at ease :) Thanks Ticket City!

New Orleans Experience
Date:January 3, 2011
If you never been to New Orleans, you need to get there yesterday. Especially if you're a football fan. The New Orleans superdome is the place every sunday. The fans have to be the loudest fans in the NFL. Our fans back our team no matter what. And you get to see the city. So, if you love football, and traveling...New Orleans is a must see.

Always exciting......
Date:December 21, 2010
The first time I used TicketCity was to purchase 2010 Superbowl tickets. It was a very smooth transaction and a very memoriable experience. Being a Saints fan you could only imagine the emotions that were filling the stadium. Recently I went to the Saints vs Ravens game in Baltimore. Unfortunately the Saints didn't win, but it was still a very exciting game between two great teams. I look forward to purchasing a few more tickets this year for the playoffs. See you there!
As one would expect, the city of New Orleans takes on a carnival atmosphere on NFL gameday as this community is intimately tied to its local NFL franchise. The Louisiana Superdome in situated in the heart of downtown New Orleans, so tailgating is limited, but where it exists it thrives in pockets all over the city. Although tailgating is minimized, the advantage of being situated downtown is that New Orleans Saints fans are stuck in one of the greatest party cities in the world. Throughout the day on NFL game day, Bourbon Street is alive with activity as exceptional bars, restaurants and kiosks setup early to entertain NFL fans. Be sure to get yourself a po boy and some great Cajun food and don’t miss out on the locally brewed Abita beer.
Heading into the Superdome, you’ll find one of the better crowds in the NFL. Saints fans understand the importance of the twelfth man and utilize the closed confines of the domed stadium extremely well, establishing a formidable home team advantage. Concessions are also excellent, as you will find some local cuisine on the menu. Saints fans have embraced fan costumes as part of the gameday experience and fans will find some of the most ornate costumes in the league roaming around the dome. The one thing that struck me most was that there were lots of kids at Saints games. Unlike most NFL stadiums that are typically not kid friendly, the New Orleans fans truly have an environment that I’d be very comfortable bringing my kid to a pro football game in. For more information on the city of New Orleans or my experience at the Louisiana Superdome, be sure to check out - http://www.questfor31.com/Louisiana-Superdome.htm.
Season opening tickets for the Saints-Vikings were hard to come by. With the NFL kicking off the season in the Big Easy it was a hard ticket to find. Ticket City made it quick and painless. I got amazing seats about 20 rows up near the 35 yard line and a great price. Game was great and New Orleans ensured it was a great weekend.

Great seats! Excellent service! Can't wait to do it again! Geaux Saints!
If you've spent a late Winter week on Bourbon Street you know it's probably the craziest festival in the world. Well, imagine that kind of craziness all being wound up in the matter of three hours inside of a giant dome. It leads to opponents feeling overwhelmed beyond belief. It leads to men like Brett Favre crying as he leaves the field. It leads to great joy for all those who call themselves Who Dats. Come watch a game at the Dome as the Defending Champs look to begin a dynasty, one they hope will always conclude with celebration on Bourbon Street in early February.

Best NFL Experience Hands Down
Date:August 6, 2010
If your team has the Saints on the schedule as a road game in NOLA you need to make a point to be in the Super Dome. If you just happen to be in town when the Saints are in town you need to get to the Super Dome. Book a room downtown or in the Quarter and enjoy great meals, partying, and even casino all within easy walking distance of the Dome.
Once inside the Dome you will be surrounded by the Who Dat Nation. It may be debatable who has the "best fans" in the league, but there doesn't even need to be a discussion as to which fans have the most fun.
Even before the Saints were Super Bowl champions, a New Orleans home game was always a good time. You are in New Orleans, Louisiana a few blocks from the French Quarter - so a Saints game is a truly unique experience.
Pick a hotel nearby the Superdome, there is a great W hotel on Poydras that is only a few blocks away (Harrah's Casino is right across street from the W). Then spend time trying the local cuisine in New Orleans before you head over to a Saints game. I recommend Mr. B's for a nice meal and Acme Oyster or Mothers for a casual meal.
There isn't much of a tailgate scene before a Saints game but there are plenty of restaurants & bars near the Superdome to hang out with friends. Just make sure you get to the stadium a little early if you don't want to miss kickof, because the lines to enter can be a little slow.
A Saints game is more festive than many NFL games because the New Orleans crowd is authentic. After the game you can follow the parade of Saints fans over to Bourbon Street to hopefully celebrate a Saints victory.
