Excellent service by Brian at Ticket City in promptly making arrangements for our tickets. As there would be a short delay in arranging for delivery, he wouldn't let us be inconvenienced by waiting on hold; and called us back quickly with final details. Tickets were emailed within minutes and there were NO hassles. We have already recommended Ticket City to others and will use them again when appropriate.

Good experience

I had an overall good experience with ticketcity. Purchasing the tickets was a smooth and easy process. The tickets were shipped the next day after I purchased them and I recieved them within 48 hours of purchase.

The only complaint I have is the amount of the service charge. The amount was a bit excessive compared to other ticket sales sites.
