The new Backyard really did it right this time! I had a blast at the concert on 5/3, Explosions in the Sky opened for Arcade Fire. It's been a while since I've seen such a lively show. The sound at the venue was glorious and the effects the stage set up were phenomenal. I don't think I stopped dancing in place for at least 3 hours. My only regret was not stopping at that really close lot and just paying the 10 bucks - woulda totally been worth it to catch even 5 extra minutes of Explosion's opening set!

Arcade Fire rocked the Backyard!

I saw Arcade Fire at the New Backyard in Austin just about two weeks ago. I originally decided to go because my friend really enjoyed their music, but ended up absolutely loving it myself! Such a great show--flew right by and left me wanting more! Would absolutely recommend.
