Amazing! I ordered four sets of tickets for this game from ticketcity. I don't buy from anyone else anymore. Watching the chiefs beats the chargers in overtime on Halloween was just icing on top of the cake!

Merry Christmas to my Sweetheart!

I ordered these tickets as a Christmas gift for my sweetheart, who is the ultimate Chiefs fan. The staff was so wonderful to me. I, apparently, did not click the right thing and had to call a representative to get these ordered and the man who helped me was precious. He got my tickets ordered and went out of his way to not make me feel small or stupid. That was on a Saturday, and by Wednesday, my tickets were here and waiting to be put under our tree. Once there, our seats were so good we could hear the crack of the tackle and my boyfriend smiled from the time we arrived at Arrowhead, until we got home. Thank you for helping me make his Christmas superlative!

Ticket City was very helpful when FEDEX misdelivered my tickets. FEDEX was not helpful at all but Ticket City was going to send me new tickets, no questions asked. FEDEX finally admitted that the driver delivered to the wrong address and I received the original tickets. Thanks Ticket City for your willingness to help me out. The Chiefs game was awesome

Great 30th Birthday Surpise!

I searched all day and compared prices of many sellers...these were the best seats for the best deal!!! Then, my PayPal was working properly and a ticket city rep called me right away so my tickets could still be held. We got it worked out right away and my tickets came quickly! Very pleasant experience. My husband was very surprised!

My wife and I went the the Chiefs and Broncos game. The atmosphere was great and we both had a great time. I will definately buy tickets from Ticket City again.
