Armed Forces Bowl- Excellent time & great tickets

My dad, husband and oldest son had a fantastic time at the Armed Forces Bowl. The entire experience was incredible (except for the SMU loss). TicketCity got the tickets here in plenty of time and was great to work with. Venue at Ford Stadium was fun and the pre-game activities (cool military equipment) made the day for my 8 year old.

Great Family Experience

No matter who the teams are in the game, I take my family to the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl every year. Yes, the football game is always competitive, but the real reason we go is it gives us the one chance out of the year to pay tribute to what really matters and that is our men and women in uniform. If it wasn't for them then we wouldn't have bowl games. I love the games being at TCU, but I can make the sacrifice to drive to SMU as it's a small price to pay to give thanks when our soldiers pay a larger price every day.

Great event for the price! We took our 8 year old nephew, and he enjoyed every minute of the game. Good venue. Lots going on inside and outside the stadium. The nephew really liked all the tanks on displays in the festival area. Plan to keep going each year.
We have family in the military so it is nice to go somewhere to celebrate them during the holidays.

the 2009 armed forces bowl was my first AFB to attend, and despite the cold, it was amazing! the amount of time spent honoring the military really made the bowl game a special experience - especially for my younger kids. highly recommend bringing your family out for this year's game!

I enjoy attending the Armed Forces Bowl every year because of the exciting games I have seen over the years. Watching back-to-back kick off returns for touchdowns is something I have never seen before and probably won't see again, but I saw it last year at the AFB.
With the adventure area outside and the great games we have seen, it is an awesome time for the family!
