I recently purchased Coachella tickets to the second weekend. I left it too just over two weeks before the festival to purchase them from Ticket City. Due to no fault than my own the tickets had not arrived at my apartment yet upon calling Ticket City (Sean) he helped me locate the tickets and redirect them to where I was staying. He kept me updated and dealt directly with Fedex. He was super helpful and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was able to attend. If you have any problems, Ticket City is extremely helpful, easy to get a hold of and made what was a scary situation a very pleasant experience. Thanks again, Coachella was amazing!
