When I bought tickets for last month's Death Cab show, I wasn't sure what to expect. I loved Death Cab when they were at their height, but let's face it, that was quite a few years ago now.
So I went to the show with not-so-high expectations, but ended up pleasantly surprised. Death Cab was GREAT! Played every old favorite I could remember, with just a few new ones sprinkled in, which were actually pretty good, too. Also, Ben Gibbard was super high energy for the entirety of the show.
Whether you're a new fan or an old fan of Death Cab, I highly recommending you checking them out live, even if it's only for a trip down memory lane. They're just as good now as they were back in the day.
