My buddies and I, all big Ducks fans, attended the Oregon football game at Tennessee early in the fall. What a tremendous venue! There were 102,000 plus SEC/Pac10 maniacs who got treated to not only a high quality game (a preview of things to come for Oregon's memorable 2010 season), but also unbelievable pregame festivities along the river and on campus (even as a visitor, we really enjoyed the traditional Vol Walk to Neyland Stadium). There were quite a few of us "enemies" at the game, but I never witnessed a single bit of trash-talking from either group (could very easily have had little kids with us). Truly, we received nothing but sincere Southern Hospitality the whole day. The hour-long game delay because of a sensational electrical storm was really a lot of fun, getting to visit with UT fans who were crowded near us trying to stay dry. But, most importantly, there is not a bad seat in this stadium! We were very high up under an overhang, and still had an excellent view of the field.
