We had a great experience at DKR...from the tail-gating to the final seconds ticked down, it was awesome! I loved the energy in the stadium! I plan to take some of my family from out of town to a couple games this year. The only complaint would be the post-game traffic...other than that, our experience rocked!!! This experience is a must for all ages!!! Hook 'EM, Horns!!

DKR one of the nicest venues in college football

There may be a few college football stadiums that have more history than DKR Memorial Stadium, but you won't find any others are as nice. DKR is a palace for college football complete with all of the amenities of a top flight pro football stadium.
Your football day begins outside of DKR in the sea of tailgates that spring up in all directions around the stadium. DKR has a capacity of close to 100,000 fans, which translates to a lot of pregame tailgate parties. Everyone not at a tailgate is either at Scholz Beer Garden, Bevo Blvd or inside the UT Alumni Center.
Inside DKR there are many great places to sit. Some of the most popular places to sit are the club seats, and there is more than one club area. On the west side is the 200 Club, the east side has the UT Stadium Club and the north endzone has the Chairback Club and the Endzone Club Seats (aka: Corral Club). All of the club areas sell beer & liquor.
Of the non-club seats, the West Side of the stadium are typically preferred as that is the "alumni" side and gets more shade. Another great place to sit is the North Endzone which has a great view of the huge jumbotron (aka: Godzillatron) which is HD quality.
With so many good options, its hard not to find seats that you love at DKR. Get to a UT game, you won't be disappointed.
